General Terms

big baazi is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. By using this platform, you are considered to have fully accepted the following terms.

These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between big baazi and the user. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the provisions of these terms.

1.1 Scope of Application

These terms apply equally to all services provided through the big baazi website, mobile application, and any digital channel. A user accepts these terms by logging in to the platform, making a deposit of any amount, or participating in any game or bet.

1.2 Precedence of Terms

If a specific promotional offer or bonus has its own separate terms, those terms will apply alongside these general terms. However, in the event of any conflict, the specific terms will take precedence.

Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account at big baazi:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each person may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep account login details (username and password) confidential.

2.1 Account Security

Any activity carried out from your account will be considered to have occurred with your consent. If you notice any unauthorised access or unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Information Verification

big baazi reserves the right to verify a user's identity and provided information at any time. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

Only persons aged 21 or above may create an account and use the services at big baazi. Enforcing this age limit is a fundamental policy of our platform.

3.1 Required Documents

big baazi may request the following documents for identity verification:

• A clear copy of the National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

Deposits and Withdrawals

The designated payment methods and limits for financial transactions at big baazi are set out below.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).
• No bet may be placed before the deposit amount is reflected in the account.
• Only deposits from payment accounts registered in the user's own name are accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

big baazi provides various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which should be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Before withdrawing, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Weekly Deposit Festival

The weekly big baazi deposit festival offer gives a 50% bonus on any deposit each week, up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus; minimum deposit ৳100.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per user (unless the offer's own terms state otherwise).
• Wagering requirements also apply to winnings from bets placed with bonus funds.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only the winnings portion becomes withdrawable after wagering is complete.
• big baazi reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If there is suspicion of bonus abuse, the account may be placed under investigation.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other gaming services are available at big baazi. The following general rules apply to each category.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet or game round is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains incomplete due to a network issue or device fault, the server-side data will be considered final.

6.2 Odds and Payouts

Odds in sports betting may change at any time. Payouts will be calculated at the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed; however, for in-play betting, the odds at the moment the bet is accepted apply.

6.3 Game Errors

If an abnormal result occurs due to a software error or technical problem in a game, big baazi reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit per single transaction may apply to certain games or betting categories. This limit will be stated in the rules of the relevant game.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the big baazi platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Placing artificial bets or transactions with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of a game or bet by colluding with other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
• Creating an account using false, misleading, or third-party information.

Account Suspension and Closure

big baazi may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of any prohibited activity listed in Section 7 is found.
• If documents requested for identity verification are not provided within the specified time.
• If a security risk to the account arises.
• At the user's own request.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any user may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. All valid withdrawals should be completed before closing the account.

8.2 Fund Returns

Under normal circumstances, any remaining funds at the time of account closure will be returned to the user's registered payment method; however, if bonus-related conditions have not been met, the bonus portion will be cancelled.

Privacy and Data Protection

big baazi places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. Your information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms & Effectiveness

big baazi reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time.

12.1 Notice of Changes

A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms are published will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

12.3 Severability of Terms

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
